📂 Cleverly Manage and Switch Vocabulary Sets
In VokabelSafe, you can easily organize your vocabulary so that learning always remains clear. You have two options when importing your files:
- Expand existing set: Simply import new words into your current set. They will then be automatically appended as additional entries.
- Create a completely new set: If you want to start a new topic or school year, go to the gear (Settings) in the top right of the app → "Manage Vocabulary Sets". There you can create a new, empty set and then specifically fill it with your new vocabulary.
The best part: On the start page of the app, you can switch back and forth between your various vocabulary sets at any time by clicking on the set name. This way, you always have exactly what you want to learn right in front of you.
💡 Practical Tips for Organization:
- For students: Start a separate set for each school year (e.g. "Spanish 7th grade"). This keeps the app perfectly structured over the years and old vocabulary doesn't interfere with current material.
- For adults: Separate strictly by language or area of application (e.g. "Business Spanish", "French Vacation" or "Medical Technical Terms").
