1. General
The "VokabelSafe" app is an offline learning application. No personal data is processed or stored on our own servers. The app can be used without registration.
2. Local Storage of Data
All content entered by the user, e.g., vocabulary, learning progress and settings, is stored exclusively locally on the terminal device. There is no transmission of this data to the developer or third parties.
3. In-App Purchases
To provide paid functions, the app uses the Google Play payment system.
The provider of the payment service is:

Payment processing is carried out exclusively via Google Play. The developer does not receive any payment data (e.g., credit card numbers).

4. Internet Connection
An internet connection is used exclusively for processing purchases and verifying existing purchases via Google Play.
5. Legal Basis
Processing in the context of in-app purchases is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract).
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Users have the right to:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Complaint to a data protection supervisory authority
Since no personal data is stored, data processing is limited to technically necessary processes via Google Play.
